What should I do if my mobile device says that the certificate provided by PSMail is not trusted?

Please note that PSMail’s certificate is registered and usually up to date. Verify the following information:

  • Make sure the date and time on your phone is accurate and correct (If you have manually changed timezones on your phone sometimes this may need a reboot)
  • Make sure your phone has the latest updates installed.  For Android – visit Google Play Store, For Apple iPhone – go to Settings, General and Check for Updates. Windows Mobile go to “Settings” and Phone Update
  • Restart the phone if needed after any significant OS or certificate updates.

If these do not resolve the issue, please contact our support.  Do not accept certificates that are expired or not authorized, but reach our support using either phone or SMS to connect with us.
