Why is my computer “Unable To Verify Session Integrity” when I try to login to PSMail?

An explanation of the error message: UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR SESSION INTEGRITY.

When you log off of webmail access, always close the browser window. As a security measure, PSMail creates a session identity when you log on to your webmail. Once you have logged out of PSMail, this measure will not allow you to log back on unless you have completely closed your Internet browser. Most often, the “Unable to verify” error is caused because a user is not starting with a fresh browser session.

The business of PSMail is secure processing, and weย take our commitment to protecting you and your information seriously. There is a security risk when an Internet browser is left open, even if you’ve logged off of a secure site.ย  You should always close any browser window after secure access, including access to your bank, financial planner, or to personal medical information.

If you have any questions about Secure Internet Processing or how PSMail is going the extra mile to protect your information, please contact us. We’ll be happy to explain.
