Safari browser on Mac OS X can stop sending email when using PSMail’s webmail.ย The symptoms are when you try to hit “Send it” button on PSMail’s Compose Mail page – nothing happens.ย Here’s how to reset Safari browser and get it working again:
- Quit Safari
- In Finder – Select Go then Go to Folder then Type or copy link below.
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db - Send Cache.db to trash bin
- Restart Safari and problem should be fixed
