Certain accounts are restricted from sending group emails and emails to large number of recipients (greater than 20). If your account is put on temporary hold from sending to groups or large number of recipients, it is because of one of the following:
- Behavior detection has flagged your outgoing emails as suspicious or SPAM.
- Your new account has not been vetted to allow emails to groups or large numbers of recipients.
- Your account has exceeded daily limits and shows the behavior of SPAM.
If either of these conditions is not true or you would like to have your account limits reviewed manually by a systems administrator, please contact our service desk.
