Step 1: Open Windows Mail. Click Tools, then Accounts, then Add.
Step 2: For Display name, enter your name as you wish it to appear in your outgoing messages. Then click Next.
Step 3: For E-mail address, enter your PSMail address (ex. username@psmail.net). Then click Next.
Step 4: In the Incoming e-mail server type drop-down menu, select IMAP. Check Outgoing server requires authentication, and click Next.
Step 5: For E-mail username and Password, enter your PSMail address (ex. username@psmail.net) and password. Then click Next.
Step 6: Click through the remaining pages (the checkbox is optional), and then click Finish.
Step 7: Select Tools, then Accounts, then IMAP. Then select Properties and then Advanced.
Step 8: Enter “465” for the Outgoing mail (SMTP) port number and “993” for the Incoming mail (IMAP) port number. Both secure connection boxes should be checked.
Step 9: Click Apply. Then click Close. You’re done!
