Step 1: In Outlook Express, click Tools and then Accounts.
Step 2: Click Add and then Mail.
Step 3: In the Display name field, enter your name as you want it to be displayed for this account (ex. John C. Doe).
Step 4: In the Email address field, enter your PSMail address (ex. username@psmail.net) and click Next.
Step 5: For the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server, enter “mail.psmail.net.” For the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, enter “mail.psmail.net.” Then click Next.
Step 6: For Account name, enter your PSMail address (ex. username@psmail.net). For Password, enter your PSMail password. Then click Next.
Step 7: Click Finish.
Step 8: Under Account, highlight mail.psmail.net and click Properties. Then click the Advanced tab.
Step 9: Enter the following information:
- For both incoming and outgoing mail, check the boxes next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL) .
- For the Outgoing mail (SMTP) port, enter “465.”
- For the Incoming mail (POP3) port, enter “995.”
Step 10: Click the Servers tab and check My server requires authentication.
Step 11: Click OK and you’re done!
