Step 1: In Outlook Express, click Tools and then Accounts.
Step 2: Click Add and then Mail.
Step 3: In the Display name field, enter your name as you want it to be displayed for this account (ex. John C. Doe).
Step 4: In the Email address field, enter your PSMail address (ex. email@example.com) and click Next.
Step 5: Select IMAP for My incoming mail server is a _________ server.
Step 6: In the Incoming and Outgoing mail server fields, enter “mail.psmail.net.” Click Next.
Step 7: For Account name and Password, enter your psmail address (ex. firstname.lastname@example.org) and password. Then click Next and then Finish.
Step 8: Under Account, highlight mail.psmail.net and click Properties.
Step 9: Click the Advanced tab.
Step 10: Under Outgoing Mail (SMTP), check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL). Then type “465” in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field.
Step 11: For Incoming Mail (IMAP), also check the box next to This server requires a secure connection (SSL). Make sure the port reads “995.”
Step 12: Next, go to the Servers tab and check the box next to My server requires authentication. Then click OK and you are done!
