Nov 29th 2009: Oct 20th 2009: Oct 17th 2009: Recent network access from part of Asia has been blocked due to newly implemented firewall rules. We have changed the necessary firewall rules to allow this access. This interruption in our service was intermittent from Wednesday October 14th till October 17th. Oct 05th 2009: Slow network access was being analyzed for problems at our server around 8.0 AM EDT. The network latency issue was resolved at 10.15 AM EDT. The issue has been resolved. Mar 27th 2008: A minor enhancement has been put in place to allow quick browsing of emails when using the webmail.

Jan 4th 2007: Oct 11th 2007: On Oct 13th Saturday Midnight to 5 AM EDT , the service online fileshare and PSWeb (for web pages) will be taken offline. This is due to an unexpected emergency network repair that needs to be performed on our primary network link to this location. Sept 5th 2007: Several people have reported slow network connection from China, Thailand and parts of SE Asia. There seems to be a problem between our network provider XO and a network backbone causing this issue. We are looking at the issue currently. Network connection from other parts of the world are working okay. We will update you once the issue is fixed. Jan. 7th 2007: Several Asian customers still have very slow and poor connection to the US causing strange errors; such as locked mailboxes, timeout, security certificate expired warning, password prompts on Outlook or Outlook express. Dec. 28th 2006: Several people have problem reaching our mailservers through email client (such as Outlook) or the web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox). July 19th 2006: Network hardware problem causing intermittent connection to our server has been restored to normal working condition. July 17th 2006 Network hardware problem causing intermittent connection to our server. Temporary solution was in place as of 3.45 PM EDT (-5 GMT) July 17th . You should no longer experience connection failure. Network hardware replacement was completed by 7-8.0 AM July 18th 2006 EDT (-5 GMT). Further replacement of hardware was also necessary on July 18th 2006 at 8:00 PM EDT. Our mail server with critical service such as email and web were experiencing intermittent network connections, the problem seems to be related to network issues in our michigan facility. The network provider at our upstream has finally resolved the issue, we worked closely with the network providers only to get updates and restore all services to primary server with best connection to the global internet.
