• The primary PSMail.net email address (not an alias) 
• The First and Last Name on the Account Registration
• A copy of the electronic invoice we sent to you with your subscription payment
• The last four digits of the credit card number, if you paid for your subscription via credit card.

Information will be sent to the alternate email account that you used when you subscribed.
