PSMail Quick Tip: Because many email programs allow you to view emails that look like a webpage, email is not vulnerable.  Where once we only worried about the attachments, now you must treat your email with the same concern as visiting a website.  In addition to disabling scripting features in web browsers, we recommend that users also disable these features in their email programs. Windows uses security zones to define this under Tools->Options.  You should also consider setting your email client to text-only.

PSMail Quick Tip:  So you can talk to someone over the Internet, voice to voice!  Isn't it great?  But did you know IP telephony is not inherently secure or encrypted. When using the Internet for phone calls, it is best to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) program to encrypt the voice data. To learn more about VPN and voice data payloads, contact PSMail.
