A minor enhancement has been put in place to allow quick browsing of emails when using the webmail.
Mar 26th 2008:
Due to a major problem at one of our central authentication databases,
users were not able to login to collect their email.
Our generic error
message did not communicate this when trying to access mailboxes. The error
message would resemble a password failure.
Please note that none of your incoming emails were lost or any data in
your mailbox deleted during this interruption of service. The server was

Jan 4th 2007:
Intermittent network errors were being experienced
in our primary backbone connection, causing network slowness in access to email..
this affecter performance for downloading
email or visiting secure website. We are still waiting on updates from our network provider. The network is currently stable, if there are any issues, please report this to postmaster.
Oct 11th 2007:
On Oct 13th Saturday Midnight to 5 AM EDT , the service online fileshare and PSWeb (for web pages) will be taken offline. This is due to an unexpected emergency network repair that needs to be performed on our primary network link to this location.
Sept 5th 2007:
Several people have reported slow network connection from China, Thailand and parts of SE Asia. There seems to be a problem between our network provider XO and a network backbone causing this issue. We are looking at the issue currently. Network connection from other parts of the world are working okay. We will update you once the issue is fixed. Several Asian customers still have very slow and poor connection to the US causing strange errors; such as locked mailboxes, timeout, security certificate expired warning, password prompts on Outlook or Outlook express. Some also have reported duplicate messages due to incomplete email download. Please continue to use our http://info.psmail.net/login.php login method to check email through your browser. Internet connection repairs in Taiwan are still underway, you should see some updates at our website once we know more of the repairs.
Dec. 28th 2006:
Several people have problem reaching our mailservers through email client (such as Outlook) or the web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox). Please try to use our mirror relocation service at http://info.psmail.net/login.php
to temporarily login. Settings such as "Account Management" will not work from some remote mirrors, but you can access basic email and send/receive email while network connections are being repaired in Asia.
