Network hardware problem causing intermittent connection
to our server. Temporary solution was in place as of 3.45
PM EDT (-5 GMT) July 17th .
You should no longer experience connection failure.
Network hardware replacement was completed
by 7-8.0 AM July 18th 2006 EDT (-5 GMT). Further replacement of hardware was also necessary on July 18th 2006 at 8:00 PM EDT.
Our mail server with critical service such as email and web were experiencing intermittent network connections, the problem seems to be related to network issues in our michigan facility. The network provider at our upstream has finally resolved the issue, we worked closely with the network providers only to get updates and restore all services to primary server with best connection to the global internet.
