How to setup email access on iPod/iPhone
IMAP Setup on iPod
- Turn on your iPod / iPhone and login to unlock password.
- in iPod home window, Tap Settings.
- Tap Mail.
- Tap Add Account.
- Tap Other.
- Make sure that:
- The IMAP tab is highlighted
- Host Name is mail.psmail.net
- User Name is related to your primary email address,
username-psmail.net (if your primary email address is
This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it
)
- For Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), Host Name is mail.psmail.net
- For Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), Host Name is mail.psmail.net
- Tap Save, and you're done.
- You can also verify your Advanced settings by tapping Settings > [PSMail
IMAP Account] > Advanced.
Incoming Settings
Use SSL: ON
Authentication: password
Server Port: 993
Outgoing Settings
Use SSL: ON
Authentication: Password
Server Port: 465
